Serviced Apartments Association

Having served as an office bearer and being a committee member for several years, what had been most comforting for me is to be able to connect with fellow serviced apartments operators. The exchange of information on accommodation changing trends, visiting each other properties and learning new things along the way are invaluable.

The Serviced Apartment Association (SAA) represents members’ interest in terms of legislative and regulatory processes and as a committee member, Park Avenue is well-benefited from the membership. SAA provides a great platform for information sharing and engagement opportunity with fellow operators. There are opportunities to learn and discuss about best practices and the latest trends surrounding the industry. Hearing from my peers also allows me to benchmark our standards, as well as formulating and generating innovative ideas for businesses.

As the Treasurer on the committee, and as a representative of Shangri-La Apartments, there is great value in our participation as we are able to speak as one voice as an association to address issues and to share feedback. There is also great synergy to be had as we benefit from staying abreast of with the latest updates and being aware of industry trends.
