The term "serviced apartment" is generally used here in Singapore to describe apartments furnished and fitted out like a normal home, with hotel-style services provided.

Elsewhere in the world, similar establishments are also sometimes termed as serviced residences, corporate housing, condotels, extended stay hotels, limited service hotels, all-suite hotels, and the like.
